Monsoon has arrived and the roads are muddy. There is water all over the roads......
No, no... I'm not talking about the monsoon problems or the potholes issues it's just that during monsoon your feet is the most which affected Yes!! I'm gonna talk about your feet today.
It's normal that the mud during monsoon gets sticked to your nails and gets in your cuticles and also there are more chances that your feet might get attacked with fungal infections, so it's necessary to get your feet pampered and pedicured.
But pedicure can be costly if you go to do it evey week so, why not do it at home??
Take your nail color off your nails first to get started.
Soak
First things first, start by soaking your feet in warm water by adding 1/2 lemon juice and 2 tbsp of salt. Sit back and soak your legs for 10-15 mins in the warm water you can read a magazine, a book or watch your favourite episode. Then dry your feet by gently patting it with a towel and lastly apply a cuticle softener at the roots of each nail.
Nails
Then trim your nails short. Shape your nails using a flier and then use a nail scruber or a old toothbrush to scrub your nails gently.
Cuticles
After cutting your nails drag your attention to the cuticles of your nail and clean them with cotton or tissue and then gently cut the cuticles or push them back with the blunt side of a cuticle pusher.
Hard skin
Then use a body scrub to scrub of your dead skin. Scrub your feet well for 2-3 mins to get rid of all the dead skin. Wash your feet and then again towel dry it.
Massage
Massage your feet by applying some oil, you can use any essential oil if you have or a drop of coconut oil will work same magic. Enjoy the massage and then wash your legs with just a drop of shampoo rub it well and then wash your feet.
Hydrate
Apply a foot cream or any moisturizer will do. If you have cracked heals apply a crack cream. Massage well to lock the moisturizer. Avoid applying crack cream to your nails, a moisturizer is fine to apply to the nails.
Polish
Lastly, this is the best part of the pedicure take your any favorite nail color and apply it after applying a base coat which will protect your nails from the Polish.
And TaDa!!!! Your done to flaunt your "Sexy legs" even in monsoon.
