As we all know holi is here. Every one likes holi, but let's accept this that holi makes your skin and hair super dry..... so here are some tips to avoid dryness.
SKIN
Skin suffers the most during holi.....
1.Avoid getting skin treatments like waxing, threading and laser this can make your skin more sensitive.
2. To avoid the colour stick the skin use oil and a lot of sunscreen which will also protect your skin from sun.
3.Avoid makeup and use lots of lipbalm to protect your lips.
NAILS
The color usually during holi gets stuck into your nails.....
1.Triming your nails is the best option.
2.Painting your nails with at least two coats of dark nail polish can avoid the colour get in your nails.
3.Applying a generous amount of petrolium gelly can protect your cuticles and back of ur nails.
HAIR
Who likes frizzy and dry hair after holi...........
1.Oiling your hair during holi is must.
2.During holi leaving your hair is a no no, instead tie your hair specially if they are colored.
3.Wash your hair with lukewarm water or cold water as hot water can burn your skin.
SPECIAL TIPS
1.To get rid of the colour stuck to your body apply a paste of besan i.e gram flour (2 tbsp) and milk (1 tbsp) to the affected area let it dry and then rinse it off. Do this for 2/3 times to get rid of the color.
2.If you develop a rash use alovera gel as the smoothening effect of alovera heals the rash.
