Face exfoliating scrubs.....
Exfoliation is a very important process where you can get ride of your dead skin. It also makes easier for your skin to breath. Exfoliation cleanses your skin improving your skin texture and making it soft and smooth. It also stimulates blood flow which makes you look glowing and brightens your skin.
(wash your face with warm water before exfoliation)
1.Lemon and Sugar scrub
For this you will need 2tbsp sugar, 1tbsp of lemon juice and coconut oil.
Mix 2tbsp of sugar, 2tbsp lemon juice and 2/3 drops of coconut oil into a small blow.
Take some amount on your fingers and gently massage on your face in a circular motion, don't be to harsh on your face.
Keep it for 2/3 mins and then wash your face with cold water.
(This is good for dry skin)
2.Rice scrub
Here you will need handful of rice grains, lemon juice and honey.
Grind the rice until the grains are smaller and smaller but don't make it too powdery. It should look like sugar.
Then take 3tbsp of the rice powder and add 2tbsp of lemon juice and 1tbsp honey.
Mix it well and gently massage on your face to get rid of all the dead skin
Keep it for 2/3 mins and then wash your face with cold water.
3.Coffee scrub
For this last DIY exfoliating scrub all you will need is 2tbsp of coffee powder, 1tbsp honey and sugar with 2/3 drops of coconut oil.
Mix it well and take some on your fingers and massage on your face in a circular motion .
Let the mixture rest on your face for 2/3 mins and then rinse it off with cold water.
After you have exfoliated your face do gently rub your face with ice cube to close the pores. To moisturise your face dip a cotton ball in cold milk and apply it once to your face wait for 2/3 mins and rinse it off with water. Exfoliating at night instead of day because your skin can absorb pollution and makeup and cause breakouts.
