fruits like watermelon, oranges, papaya, etc. will keep you stay hydrated, flushing your toxics and leaving you with a glow.
● Face scrub:
Despite what your skin type is, a face scrub is must to eliminate all that dead
skin from your face. You can simply DIY (Do It Yourself) one by mixing some
sugar and lemon juice or buy one from the market. Scrub your face twice a week to get that baby soft skin.
● Face mask:
Face masks are the best way to unwind, relax and pamper yourself. Doing it
once a week will give all the benefits that your skin is asking for.
Simply take 2 tbsp of curd, 1 tbsp of honey and few drops of rose water.
Apply and leave for about 10-15 mins then rinse. You can also make one by taking 2 tbsp of Besan (chickpea flour) and add 1 tbsp of milk and it will do the magic. And if you are lazy to make these simply grab a sheet mask and let it do the magic.
