Who doesn’t want flawless and beautiful skin, we all want it right? But sometimes having flawless skin can be difficult, especially when you can’t keep its health in check!
Only having a good skincare routine is not just enough but you need to have several things right to have that glowing skin. Before heading on to what you need to have good and healthy skin, here are some things you should know. Firstly you need to examine if you have an oily, dry, combination, or sensitive skin and use skincare products accordingly. If you are not doing that, your skin is sure to be off-balance and show up some reactions, which might not be a good sign. Secondly, using a clean towel and changing your pillowcases often can reduce that pimple problem you are worried about. Also, having a good beauty sleep for about a maximum of eight hours can help you get that glow too.
Here is a checklist you can follow to get that beautiful looking skin:
- Drink Water: I know you must have heard this a thousand times, but I can’t stress anymore on how important drinking water is. Water flushes out all the toxins from your body that means less pimple and acne problem. You can even add a slice of lemon or cucumber to get some extra glow. I know so many of my friends who don’t drink enough water or forget to hydrate themselves. If you are like them you can get an app that helps track your hydration level.
- Cut out that junk: No matter how much you love that slice of pizza or that cupcake, they don’t love you back- meaning they are capable enough to give you that unwanted pimple. What you put inside reflects outside, so switching your junk with fresh fruits and veggies can no doubt make your skin very happy and glowing.
- Fish it! : If you are a non-vegetarian then having fish can benefit you as it makes your skin and hair healthy. If you are not a fan of fish, then you can pop in capsules made from cod liver oil, they are great for skin, hair, and nails.
- Keep your hands off! : Yes! Keep your hands off your face. If you are in a habit of constantly touching your face, no doubt you are struggling with a pimple problem. There are so many germs and bacterias living on our palms and when you touch your face that they lead to spreading your acne problem or giving you a pimple. Especially now in the times of Coronavirus, you need to wash your hands and not touch your face.
- Backoff stress: If you are stressing over small things then girls stop, you are sure to have breakouts and wrinkles. No matter how healthy food you eat or the products you use, your stress is going to minus all your beauty. A mantra to dust your stress off is to remember how much you stress, things are going to happen the way it is going to, so accept the reality and look beautiful.
- Use the right products: As I said before if you are not using the right products your skin is going to react. If possible consult a doctor and know what your skin needs or know more about your skin type so you can use the products accordingly. Also, a good sunscreen and a face wash are very important, also what's important is moisturizing! Using a facemask once a week can help too with a nighttime routine as it's the time when your skin absorbs the products you apply.
Some small steps every day can help you achieve that flawless and gorgeous skin, but all you need to do is be regular at it. You can’t get good skin for free even if you are born with it, you need to maintain it!
